Regional house builder with a pipeline of projects due to commence throughout 2018 are expanding their operational management team!
Looking for a Senior Site Manager to run a new build housing plot comprimising of 59 units in North Manchester to then move onto another site in the North West. The company is rapidly growing and is wanting a Senior Site Manager to join the team and be an integral part of their continued growth
Any successful Senior Site Manager must have:
- 2+ Years experience as a Senior Site Manager.
- Run sites from foundation to completion.
- Academic Qualifications.
- Relevant tickets - SMSTS, Black CSCS Card, 5-Day First Aid.
