Quantity Surveyor - New Build Housing - Up to £55,000 + package
About the company
Currently working with a multi-award winning National house builder looking for keen and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join their growing Commercial Team. With a great reputation and quality of build this is a company that has thrived and with a continually growing pipeline for the next few years they are only going to improve.
About the role
You will be a key member of the Commercial team in delivering profitability for the company through procurement, planning and control. From producing accurate monthly cost reports, procuring tender packages and managing disputes to attending site and projects meetings you will be a fundamental part of the team.
What you need to succeed
Any successful Quantity Surveyor should have at least 3 years experience in the role with a known house builder in the North West. This will show you are able to demonstrate the role effectively and work well within a time frame. A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is preferred along with a driven, positive attitude to develop with the company.
