About the company
Working with one of the UK's leading house builders who have a keen focus on building communities for all types of buyers. Following a successful year they are looking to grow their Commercial team to play a vital part of their growth and development for their new office in the North West. With a strong pipeline for 2018 they need driven leaders to join the Commercial department and be an integral part of their expansion.
About the role
You will be a key member of the Commercial team in delivering profitability for the company through procurement, planning and control. From producing accurate monthly cost reports, procuring tender packages and managing disputes to attending site and projects meetings you will be a fundamental part of the team.
What you need to succeed
Any successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have at least 1 years experience in the role with a known house builder in the North West. This will show you are able to demonstrate the role effectively and work well within a time frame. A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is preferred along with a driven, positive attitude to develop with the company.
