Currently working with a forward thinking Main Contractor undertaking contracts up to the value of £25m in a variety of New Build and Refurb projects. With a great reputation in the industry with repeated business person the North West and surrounding areas, this company is growing in the right direction with plenty of career opportunities.
The ideal Site Manager must:
Have experience with commercial build, ideally high rise or residential.
Be qualified in a relevant degree.
Have JCT experience.
Be RICS chartered or equivalent (desirable).
Leadership skills.
The project is a £20m+ Multi-Storey residential project with Concrete Frame split into 3 Phases.
