I am currently working with a rapidly developing Strategic Land and Development company looking for an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team and further push the business to become an integral part of their growth. About the role
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Affordable and Open Market housing and the ability to manage multiple sites at once. Due to the company culture, they are looking for ambitious and passionate candidates who are eager to work with a developing company.
What you need to succeed
You must have substantial experience working with Residential developers seeing projects from start to finish along with relevant qualifications. They are looking for a candidate with a passion for construction and building ideally with a Main Contracting background who works well under pressure.
