Working with a High Spec private developer in Cheshire looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team and further push the business. They are looking for a positive and solution focused candidate who is quality driven along with being extremely well organised to fit in with company culture. With the success of their first large development that led to them purchasing two more sites with plots ranging from £500k-£3m, there is a guaranteed pipeline for the next few years.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work on award-winning residential developments in Cheshire and progress your career in the industry. Working on these types of developments will give you a keen eye for detail and get used to working at the extremely high standard that is expected. You’ll be assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day site duties and ensuring all work is built in line with specification and programme along with liaising with subcontractors and clients from the start through to aftercare.
What you need
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- Good understanding of plans and drawings.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare along with Building Regulations.
- Drive and ambition to develop your career.
