About the company
I'm currently working with one of the UK's leading house builders, looking to expand and grow their already experienced Commercial department in the North West. Following a great 2018/19, they are keen to further develop the team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a Commercial lead in the department and become an integral part of their future Regional growth.
About the role
You will be a key member of the Commercial team in delivering profitability for the company through procurement, planning and control. From producing accurate monthly cost reports, procuring tender packages and managing disputes to attending site and projects meetings you will be a fundamental part of the team.
You will need
⦿ Previous experience in the same role with a recognised house builder.
⦿ Assertive and solution focussed approach to challenges.
⦿ Relevant degree/qualification.
⦿ Driven and positive attitude.
