C#.Net / Kentico CMS Developer
Central London - £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and seniority + Great Benefits
Award-winning, fast growing, full-service digital agency with 100+ staff seeks to recruit an experienced C#.Net developer who has a keen interest in high performance and secure MVC style web development projects. The role will primarily consist of day to day development of websites and web applications, primarily with either Kentico CMS.
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrable experience of using Kentico 8
Previous delivery of a range of small to large scale websites using .NET Framework
Configuration of continuous integration systems
Commercial awareness
Database design and management using MSSQL based systems
Application of OOP design principles
Experience with Content Management Systems and Frameworks
The integration of third party systems, such as CRMs, payment gateways, document
management tools, web services and authentication systems
An understanding of web security concerns; experience of testing and resolving security
issues
Management of multi-branch source control repositories
The application of multi-tiered software architecture methodologies
An understanding of hosting infrastructure; experience working with load balanced, and
cloud multi-server environments
Content Delivery Networks
Search technologies such as Solr search
Delivery of resilient solutions including web and database fail-over features
The use of JavaScript to enhance UX and to provide asynchronous interface functionality,
and validation
They employ front-end developers who specialise in the delivery of user interfaces, you will be working
closely with a multi-disciplinary team, and should have a basic understanding of the following:
Accessibility
Semantic HTML
Progressive enhancement
Front-end task runners
