Platform Engineer – AWS, Docker, EC2, Lambda
Birmingham - £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
Platform Engineer with experience in Amazon Web Services – (EC2 / Lambda), Microservices and Docker sought by a highly regarded, growing tech innovator in Birmingham city centre.
The Platform Engineer will be an integral part of the team and be responsible for the company’s AWS environment and creating cloud platforms for their clients.
The successful Platform Engineer should have:
- Knowledge of Linux Server Administration – Ubuntu / Amazon Linux
- Experience with Docker and Microservices
- Knowledge and experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Experience with Cloud Services – Amazon Web Services (AWS) – S3, EC2, Dynamo
- Previous use of Ansible for automation / configuration management
- Knowledge of Load Balancing
- Strong communication skills
