Implementation Consultant – Software as a Service - French / German
Leicester - £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
Implementation Consultant with experience setting up and configuring customers’ software solutions sought by a leading technology provider for integrated business communications solutions to support a growing European customer base. Their “customer first” approach starts with their support function - offering new customers a fantastic on boarding process and great ongoing support.
As an Implementation Consultant you will be an integral part of their Customer Support and Service Delivery teams – you will set-up and configure software systems, provision and configure hardware, organise number porting and oversee network changes required to support the service. You will be expected to be pro-active in the completion of your duties and responsible for managing your own workload and time to a certain degree.
The successful Implementation Consultant should have:
- Experience implementing Software as a Service type products / license-based services experience
- Experience with I.T hardware and telephony would be beneficial - VoIP
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience of training – ideally for software products
- Previous experience with CRM software would help!
- Fluent language skills in French and/or German
- Excellent communication skills – polite phone manner
