Graduate Software Engineer – C++, Java, Linux
Graduate Software Engineer sought by growing software house who work with some of the largest manufacturing and distribution companies globally.
This opportunity would be suited to either skilled graduates from a Computer Science, Maths or Physics background with experience (academic or otherwise) in programming in either C++ or Java or Junior C++ Developers with 1 – 2 years in the industry.
Further exposure to C++ / Linux Software Development environments would be highly beneficial but not essential and an interest in emerging technologies would be a must!
This is a great graduate / Junior opportunity to work with an state-of-the-art technology company who are growing and using some of the latest technologies. Will suit a good graduate or a developer seeking their next challenge with a real interest in software application development and a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
You will have:
- 2:1 or higher in either Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a Technology / Science / Engineering related discipline.
- An understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: C++, Java, SQL or Matlab
- Knowledge of Operating Systems such as: Linux / Unix
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
