An interesting Data Science role within a law firm, operating with a team of 6 other highly skilled Data scientists to give the company an edge on legal issues.

Whilst being required to pull in your own Data, you will also look to implement Deep Learning techniques from Random Forest to Neural Networks in order to create predictive models for judge behaviour.

The Role

  • The company use Python, R and Scala already but are open to new tech stacks 
  • You will use a mixture of web scraping and text analysis in order to give the company an edge in the law industry
  • Using a mixture of Deep learning, Natural Language programming and Text Analysis to build predictive models, you will give the firm the ability to make educated guesses as to the decision made by a judge or whether an appeal would be worthwhile 
  • You will work on both older cases as well as old, meaning the work will be fast paced

The Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of a masters degree from a top univeristy
  • Advanced Machine Learning/Deep Learning capability 
  • You will have experience with a variety of tools and tech

The Benefits
This role will see you earn between £55,000-£60,000
