 Head of Digital Activation

A notable branding activation company- specialising in engaging people, creating experiences and activating brands is on a look out for a Head of Digital to kick start their entire digital department!
The Role:
- To manage business P&L and overall digital offerings
- Create first class digital experiences that drive audience digital activation, partnership and collaboration with the business functions within the company
- Take charge of all digital offerings/ campaigns, social media marketing, SEO,SEM, mobile
- Responsible to develop this new department within the business, grow and nurture the team
- Oversee all areas of client servicing, sales proposals, strategic and creative direction, costing and project management
- To identify market opportunity to formulate business strategy for this new set up
- Contributing to new business efforts and ensure that digital thinking is full integrated throughout
Skills Required:
- Strong digital experience/ understanding within media/ creative & digital agencySolid understanding of emerging technology
- Business development skill to acquire new accounts
- Possess strong interpersonal, business management, people management, and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision
- Someone who loves digital development & technology, always looking at new opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience and able to present to C-level suite
