ITT's Interconnect Solutions is an international manufacturer and supplier of connectors, including circular, rectangular, fiber optic, RF, power and high voltage, audio, PCMCIA, Compact Flash Card, enclosures, cable assemblies, I/O card kits and LAN components, and application specific custom solutions.  The Interconnect Solutions portfolio includes the brands Cannon, VEAM and BIW.  Our products include: connectors and interconnects for the military, aerospace, industrial, oil and gas, medical and transportation markets.





We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Analyst,SalesForce Administratorin our Santa Ana facility.   This is a fulltime regular position with benefits including health & welfare, paid vacation, 401k, etc. The successful candidate will





Support, enhance, and maintain global instance of Salesforce.com across the organization.  





Liaise between IT, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service departments.   





Lead effort to improve global business processes to optimize Sales, Pricing, Customer Service & Product Management globally in our CRM environment.





•Day to day support, including staff training and knowledge transfer.





•Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, participate in solution design.





•Track requirements, provide status and ensure quality of solution.





•Participate in project communications, training materials, and business procedures/documentation.



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred.





Requires 2+ years business systems analysis work experience





Working knowledge and/or familiarity with SAP desirable.





APEX programming skills preferred.





Salesforce.com Administrator certification highlydesirable.





Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/operational requirements.





Strong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication/presentation skills ;





Organizational and project management skills





Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation





Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision





Prior experience working in complex global business environment preferred





Demonstrated ability to do the following :





   §Implement the data sharing model for the organization





§Implement the Role/ Hierarchy model in the system





§Build the relevant screens and pick lists





§Configure the application including Reports, Dashboards, List Views





§Set up workflows and templates





§Unit Test the Application configuration





§Produce User Acceptance Test Scripts





§Documentation Management





§Report changes





§Dashboard changes





§Users – adding, activating, de-activating, transferring





§User data management  – adding, deleting, transferring





§Basic Impact analysis re change management
