CRM Manager
Location: London, England
Reporting directly in to the Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join their Marketing team and lead the development and growth of their CRM roadmap.
The Role:
- Developing, managing and executing CRM initiatives to drive revenue, loyalty and customer engagement.
- End to end management of the email programme (contributing 40% of revenues)
- Streamlining and scaling up the production process through automation and use of content while identifying opportunities to increase relevance and engagement,
- Proactive use of reporting, analysis and insight to develop campaigns.
Your Profile:
- High level experience of hand-coding HTML. Knowledge of CSS useful
- Experience using Adobe Dreamweaver
- Demonstrated experience delivering CRM programmes within email and retargeting
- Excellent analytical, data-driven thinking/problem solving abilities
