Mid-Level Cyber Security Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Mid-Level Cyber Security Analyst for an opportunity in Miami, FL. The Cyber Security Analyst will provide a consultancy service to one of our multinational clients. Successful candidates must be bilingual (English and Spanish proficient). He or she will help an existing Security Officer evaluate risk, design and implement mitigation plans and roadmaps. The consultant will interface the English language Security Officer with the various Spanish language stakeholders throughout South and Central America.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare written reports for the Security Officer presenting the vulnerabilities, scoring, and outputs from the security services provided
• Research and produce security recommendations in conjunction with the Security Officer, based on an understanding of the business and the analysis of information generated by the Telefonica cybersecurity services
• Provide support to the from Monday through Friday, 0900 to 1800 Eastern Time
• Work with the internal customers, i.e. IT administrators, legal teams, finance teams, security teams in different countries and other stakeholders whose cooperation or approval might be required to evaluate and implement security plans
• Help the Security Officer maintain visibility of security posture in South and Central America

Qualifications:

• Fluent/native bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Willingness to relocate to Miami FL for the first 3 to 6 months of the contract
• S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, Cybersecurity Consultant, or Cybersecurity Manager
• Well organized with strong time management skills
• Working familiarity with: Cybersecurity threats and trends, Risk & threat management, IT Security and IT administration, Network security, Security Measures Assessment, Enterprise security practices and security controls, and Intelligence analysis
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following: Risk & threat management, IT security operations or administration, Enterprise security planning, Intelligence analysis, Cybersecurity operations budgeting and management
