Business Systems Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst.  The candidate needs 3 – 5 years of experience and is a strong ITIL practitioner.  Able to organize and run meetings and workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.  The candidate needs to be able to understand and document system integrations, and their relationships and dependencies and the ability to translate/simplify business requirements as well as turn them into functional requirements documents.

• High-Level Business Requirements
• Functional Requirements
• Use Case Development
• Wireframes
• Modeling: Good modeling skills and comfortable with modeling tools such as Visio.
• Business / System Process
• Workflow Design
• Data Modeling (entity relationship level)
• Application Development Experience
• Good understanding of system engineering and development concepts.
• Able to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to define the technical vision for projects.
• Able to help QA to turn use cases into test cases
• Communication/Training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be liaison between business and technical teams
• Able to develop training material and deliver training to end-users
• Self-Guided and Self Driven.
• Work independently with users to gather requirements and define business rules and concepts.

• ITIL intermediate level or higher
• ServiceNow CMDB
• ServiceNow Discovery
• MS Project
• MS Office Suite of products
• MS Visio
• General items (meeting schedules, meeting minutes, light project plans, status reports, issues/risk logs, etc.)
• MS Outlook, Notes or like system
• Excellent Communication skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to learn new technology
• Ability to work in fast changing environment
• Ability to multi task
• Experience in multiple Project Life cycle approaches (i.e. Waterfall and Agile)
• Spanish or other second language a plus

Education:           

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Technical Management
• ITLv3 Certification (APMG)
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
• ECBA, CCBA, CBAP Certified Preferred
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar certifications preferred
