Inside Sales Representative (9651) Cleveland, Ohio

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming customer requests from the assigned territories, generate leads for outside sales representatives though campaign telemarketing and email, and drive direct sales of product through outbound calling and email campaigns. Will utilize our CRM system throughout the day to manage customer records, contacts, campaign activities and customer interactions.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue target
  • Increase customer awareness through lead generation programs
  • Meet or exceed outbound calling targets
  • Build on relationships with existing accounts and develop new customers
  • Provide quotes and samples to customers
  • Onsite customer visits as needed
  • Manage customer records, prospects, pipeline and quotes
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Technical Support team members
  • Participates in process and operation improvement opportunities
  • Responds to internal and external  inquiries
  • Complies with company quality management systems, policies and procedures
  • Provides mentorship, if applicable
  • Additional duties/responsibilities according to business needs

Extensive experience with molecular biology techniques in research or clinical lab. Teaching/Presenting experience.
