Parts Coordinator

Parts Coordinator needed for site in Bedford Hills, NY. Schedule Monday through Thursday 7AM-4:30 PM and Friday 7AM-4PM You will work with parts supplies to ensure parts are on hand. You will ensure the technicians receive the correct parts. You will maintain inventory levels to match requirement of customers. You will be selling parts to external customers. You will process returns, manage supply relationships, purchase supplies and assist in the preparation of monthly reports. You will work closely with the accounting dept. to ensure parts have been invoiced. You will troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with the inventory. You need to provide exceptional customer service to both internal/external customers. Mechanical inclination-diesel and gas engine knowledge preferred. Associates degree preferred, 2+ years experience, computer literate, must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, detail oriented, team player, good written/verbal communication skills, ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs., forklift experience a plus-will certify at site.
