Change & Transformation Manager – HR – Organisational Change - Contract My blue chip client is looking for a skilled Change / transformation manager to assist in an implementation of a HR /workforce programme across a "shared service" environment. Strong stakeholder management / engagement skills required, with a commercial background in programmes, organisational, cultural and behavioural change on large complex transformation projects. You will be working on a high-profile, highly sensitive environment involving emotive organisational change, working to a rigorous project management and reporting process, always excelling on project quality measures and ensuring data quality is second to none. Role: The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team in the development and delivery of Change Management programme and to support the deployment of the Global Learning Management Services programme, for the Group Learning Operations transition specifically. This will include: • Working with the Change lead to develop the Change Plan for Group Learning Operations • Working with the Change Champions to develop Change Plans for Learning Content Providers • Providing on-going support for the delivery of Change Plans (i.e. supporting the delivery of communications and training activities).
