- Responsibilities include: managing the daily activities in the department, implementing technical estimating standards and procedures, maintaining bid calendar, reviewing invitations to bid, interpreting architectural drawings to determine project requirements, obtaining quotes for materials and reading drawings/specifications
- Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in estimating, experience supervising, have solid communication and organizational skills, maintain a high level of excellence, be self motivated and be able to multi-task, be punctual, reliable and be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of estimating software, MS Excel and Office preferred.
