Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor (894010) Telford, England

Salary: GBP17500 - GBP18500 per annum

Do you have strong experience in Call Centres / Customer Services? Are you looking for a fresh challenge and join a forward-thinking company? Due to steady growth my client is now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support team in Telford.

 

The Role:

  • Liaising with both customers and external partners to book installs and service calls where applicable, providing feedback to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded where possible Closing down/updating Works Orders with precise details regarding the work carried out and any issues encountered
  • Keeping the customer updated with progress.
  • Assist customers with any billing queries
  • General administration functions for the department e.g filing, data input, faxing and general typing;
  • Any other tasks that may occur from day to day within the department within your capabilities.

 

The Person:

  • Extensive customer care skills and experience through call centre / contact centre
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good administrative skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Pro-activity and initiative

Ideal candidates will have previous background as a customer service advisor, customer support advisor, customer liaison officer or installation advisor.
