Do you have strong experience in Call Centres / Customer Services? Are you looking for a fresh challenge and join a forward-thinking company? Due to steady growth my client is now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support team in Telford.
The Role:
- Liaising with both customers and external partners to book installs and service calls where applicable, providing feedback to all relevant parties.
- Ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded where possible Closing down/updating Works Orders with precise details regarding the work carried out and any issues encountered
- Keeping the customer updated with progress.
- Assist customers with any billing queries
- General administration functions for the department e.g filing, data input, faxing and general typing;
- Any other tasks that may occur from day to day within the department within your capabilities.
The Person:
- Extensive customer care skills and experience through call centre / contact centre
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills
- Quick to learn
- Pro-activity and initiative
Ideal candidates will have previous background as a customer service advisor, customer support advisor, customer liaison officer or installation advisor.
