Sales Administrator - Part time (893999) Cradley Heath, England

Salary: GBP18000 - GBP18000 per annum

A very reputable company in the local are looking for a Sales Administrator on a Part time basis (Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm) to work within their busy Sales Department. Your main duties will involve processing Customer orders, helping customers with their enquiries regarding stock, delivery times, shortages etc. issuing quotations and general office administration. You will be responsible for ensuring that consistently high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing UK & Export Customer orders and assisting with other Business Units as required
  • Updating customers on progress of orders
  • Resolving queries
  • Producing and following up quotations
  • Progressing orders and liaising with our logistics team on deliveries and stock position.
  • Raising credit notes, Debit notes and Non-Charges
  • Advising customers on Technical Questions
  • Invoicing
  • Sending literature and brochures to customers
  • Scanning /Archiving Paperwork
  • Processing customer returns
  • Understanding and quoting freight costs

 

Educational Requirements

  • Must have had a minimum of 3 years previous experience in busy sales office
  • Minimum of pass level in English and Maths
  • Must be computer literate and have a practical working knowledge of Word and Excel.

  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Good Time Keeping
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to cover annual leave / sickness when required
