My client, a leading Interiors Fit out business, is urgently seeking an M&E Technical services manager to join their growing team in London. You must have a solid background looking after sub-contractors and be Mechanica OR Electrical Bias. Preferably with a main contractor background ideally within fit out.

Technical Services Manager - M&E - Building Services - Fit Out
My client is an established fit out contractor which specialises in High Spec Fit Out and Refurbishments. They have an excellent reputation for carrying out projects ranging from £1m - £10m. Sectors would include Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Financial and Education.
The Senior Technical Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing MEP on one Major Project / 3 Medium Sized Projects from inception to completion covering:
Pre-Construction and Tender meetings
Management of both the Mechanical & Electrical packages
Design review
Technical Submissions
Bid management
Management of project & bid team.(Services)
Project planning and programming
Project reporting and financial forecasting
Presentations, Interviewing and problem solving
Project Management on various complex projects & forms of contract administration.
Business development
The successful candidate will have:
- A competent understanding of MEP project management
- A minimum of 5 years experience preferably working for a Main Contractor
- A relevant qualification within building services
- A pro-active and hardworking attitude
