To the point- My client specialising across variety of large and medium scale builds nationwide are looking for a senior client-side project manager to start in February.
Who am I looking for? The ideal candidate will be looking for growth and a versatile work environment. They will come from a client side, or main contractor background who understands construction methodology and delivery, with experience in keeping projects to budget using accurate report writing and scheduling.

The role – In simple terms reporting to the head of property you will be delivering builds from 25 million + managing PCG meetings, ensuring budget control and overall delivery of the project.
What you will require – Let’s face it you are client side, you know what is expected - You are responsible for the build of your companies’ projects, you will need to be professionally presented with strong understanding of build schedules and construction methodology, diploma or degree in construction is favorable. Trade background will be looked at, but you will need to have upskilled and have accurate and reliable reporting and scheduling skills.
