The Company - My Client a residential apartment developer is growing a construction main contractor team and need a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Who am I looking for? I am looking for a driven ambitious quantity surveyor who has achieved and succeed in main contractor delivering Apartments and now wants to extend their reach. I want someone passionate for growth who flourishes under pressure

The job itself – Working under the director and commercial manager your initial role will be managing budgets and costing on a 25+ million apartment. As this role progresses and you progress your scope will include the concept of sites and entire development process.

What is in this role for you? – This role in short is exciting, the strategy for this business is to develop and put a dent in the housing shortage. If successful your tenure at this business will involve progression to commercial manager, full scope training of development procress, further training and development from specialists in fund management and main contractor delivery, exposure to investors both locally and oversees and finally a culture that like to win together – When this team win they celebrate accordingly.
