The brief- Based in Auckland my client a family residential construction company needs a QS to assist in delivering a large Housing New Zealand contract.

The job itself – Reporting to the director in the Auckland branch and overseen by the national manager you will responsible with maintaining the budget on over 40 (3910) contracts liaising with subbies, main contractors and Housing New Zealand. 

To be successful – As a QS I would expect you to understand the 3910 and master builder contracts, with ability to work under pressure, be commercially savvy dealing with contracts, variations and negotiations, combined with a mind set for long jeopardy and future relationships.
