The job itself - The role is with a residential house builder who has 100 + houses to be delivered yearly. You will report to the general manager and project manager ensuring the site is working to time frame, managing subtrades and ensuring quality control.

To be successful – You have been on site for a number of years you know what you need skill wise, you need to manage the site and staff, have a good eye for detail and keep to schedule. What will set you apart is your attitude, your effort and end goal-  Have an aim to progress and this company will assist you every step of the way.
