The brief- Based in Auckland my client delivering volume Housing New Zealand projects has decided its time to expand are a looking for a Senior QS. 

So why apply for this role? No glossy sales spiel, this role is suited for someone who can deliver, if you like the challenge of working to high volume workloads, in a small team and at the end of a hard day’s work celebrating wins with your colleagues, this role is for you.

The job itself – Working directly under the managing director you will be busy from day one working as a senior QS on 3910 contracts. This company is looking to deliver over 200 houses this year so efficient process and strong relationships is key.

To be successful – As a senior QS you know what I am looking for, work cannot be completed without the subtrades so efficient management of sub trades and clear communication with council and main contractors is vital. Finally, it goes without saying your pre-takeoff and project close off needs to be pin point accurate.
