The job itself – Reporting to the Director you will be straight in to the thick of things working on a large Housing New Zealand contract completing full QS duties from Cost variation, contractor and subcontractor management progressing on to further, larger projects as your tenure grows.
To be successful – As an intermediate QS I would expect you be diploma Qualified, have experience working with smaller contracts, have shown ability to work under pressure, strong commercial ability dealing with contracts, variations and negotiations, combined with a mind set for long jeopardy and future relationships.
