The Brief – Main contractor is expanding and looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

Who should apply for this role – This role is suited for a challenge driven Qs who has versatile skills across the residential market, someone who can really drive contractors. If face to face interaction is not your strength this is not your role.

The role – Reporting directly to the Director this role will encompass all challenges and projects across residential. Your duties are straight forward - Maintaining the budget and project value, ensure relationships are maintained with Project managers and sub trades.  

Requirements – As a QS you know the score, I need someone who can manage a successful budget, ensure strong relationships with trades, and high-level interaction with all management and internal team. If you are looking for a career role this is it.
