 To assist with delivery of our large development programme, we require a senior project manager for an immediate start to oversee the delivery of a $30m project and who has the capability to take on  other significant planned projects.  Reporting directly to the GM Property, the successful applicant will take total ownership of their projects and will lead the project teams to ensure that these are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high level of quality.

 The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, communication and leadership skills with a background in client side, or main contractor project management. A proven track record of delivering medium to large scale construction projects is essential and a tertiary qualification in construction management, QS, or architectural design is preferred.
