The job itself - The role is with a residential developer, you will be working on one of their current housing developments managing the delivery of 80 terrace house, ensuring high quality control, strong health and safety and contractor management.

To be successful – You have been on site for a number of years you know what you need skill wise, you need to manage the site and staff, have a good eye for detail and keep to schedule.
