We are looking for a dedicated and committed support worker to join an excellent organisation with a brilliant reputation for supporting young people.
Your role will be to support vulnerable children in a new residential home near Bridgwater. You will help maintain the smooth running of the home, providing emotional and practical support and dealing with challenging behaviour where necessary.

Ideally you will have an NVQ in Health and Social Care (Children), Children and Young People`s Workforce, Youth Work or similar, and experience in relevant care and support work. You will need to be resilient, confident and have a good sense of humour!
A driver with your own vehicle is essential.
Salary is £22,000 - £23,300 including sleep in payments, plus excellent benefits including:
