About the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be speaking to candidates and clients on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will learn negotiation skills, how to be successful at business development, and have the exciting chance to travel across the UK to go on client meetings.

- A 2:1 degree or equivalent
- At least 6 months’ experience in working in a sales role
- Hard working and motivated
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The skill to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must not be afraid to speak with clients of a senior level
- Recruitment or Business-to-Business sales is desirable
