Extremely enviable and rewarding opportunity to manage Health Care Specialists across diverse areas of a NFP organisation that provides vital Therapy Services to children and adults with a Disability.
My client provides family-centred therapies, life skills programs, equipment and support for people of all ages and their families living with neurological and physical disabilities.
This key management role will lead a team of therapists in Orange and Dubbo NSW to deliver the highest quality, most client-focused and most outcome driven services to clients with a disability.
Your Role:
- Provide management, leadership and support to your teams of clinical professionals.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery across both the Orange and Dubbo locations.
- Implement realistic and effective operational business plans.
- Exceed performance targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships within your communities.
- Identify opportunities to improve and grow your operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to regularly travel between Dubbo and Orange.
- Proven experience managing therapists a community based, health or disability service.
- Ability to lead and inspire.
- Desire to oversee a diverse caseload with a wide range of disability types and age groups.
- Strong commercial acumen and sound business management skills.
- Sound problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Valid Driver’s License in NSW.
- Working with Children Check.
