Head of Implementation Services
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Implementation Services to join a global information provider based in Central London. This role is perfect for someone with experience within implantation services that will be coming in at an associate director / director level.
The successful Head of Implementation Services would be heading up 3 sub teams and working closely customer facing to do all onboarding. You will boast experience within UAT testing and have come from a financial services background. The Head of Implementation Services will have extensive client and stakeholder engagement experience and think strategically looking at internal controls.
Essential skills required for Head of Implementation Services:
- Extensive experience as a Head of Implementation Services
- Experience within onboarding
- Worked client facing previously
- Experience working within different project methodologies
- This person must have come from a financial services background
- Any knowledge around FX would be hugely beneficial but not essential
