Volt Workforce Solutions has excellent employment opportunities in the Optical Manufacturing Lab in Lacey, WA. Entry level is acceptable if you bring energy and a proactive attitude with 1 year of production/small parts manufacturing/assembly experience, we'll train you as an Optical Technician.
Seeking reliable, hard-working team members who perform a variety of tasks related to daily Lab operations, surface process or finishing process according to department production guidelines. Will learn and use high-quality skills which include: Assembly, Edging, Blocking, Tracing, Inspection and Hand Stone Work, Back Side or Spin Coating, Tinting.
Most positions on all shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous production, manufacturing, assembly or optical experience preferred (1-2 years.)
- Detail Oriented
- Must have good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination and be able to recognize and distinguish colors.
- Ideal candidate will be able to perform occasional lifting up to 30 pounds and have the ability to walk and/or stand up to 90% of the time.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
