Bilingual Customer Service Representative Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks both English and Spanish for an opportunity in Des Moines, IA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to inquiries by telephone, internet and written correspondence, while providing account maintenance for a variety of the client's customers.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret verbal, email, and hard copy customer inquiries and respond appropriately using terminals and PCs, while performing searches/look-ups and account maintenance to customer accounts according to established departmental policy and work flow priorities
• Continually perform and meet performance standards
• Utilize established vehicles to extend magazine and product opportunities to customers when appropriate in order to achieve upsells and/or cross-sell according to established departmental policy
• Maintain current information on client specific data by utilizing various resources including publisher screens, voicemail, memos and web sites
• Inform management of complaint trends and/or feedback from customers
• Forward appropriate information to management

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent preferred and six months of experience performing and meeting standards of at least one of the of this position
• Typing minimum of 25 -35 wpm; 10-Key preferred
• Basic PC knowledge and skills
• Above average verbal and written English & Spanish communication skills
