Job Title : Interface Manager
Reporting : Engineering Manager, or delegate
Staff Category : Manager

Key Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to the following:

• Identification of all system interfaces
• Verification of all system interface compatibility
• Resolution of conflicts between systems
• Responsible for coordination of project wide interfaces
• The single point of contact with all parties and other related works on the management of interface matters
• Coordinate all interface activities performed under the PS&DS works package and as defined in the Interface Management Plan
• Overall management for Interface Management Plan and associated documents
• Ensure proper exchange of interface information both internally and externally
• Provide leadership and support to Interface team to ensure all work is carried out as per the project plans and requirements
• Manage all resources efficiently including third parties to ensure all project timelines are met
• Manage and mentor staff to establish an efficient and motivated workforce with emphasis on teamwork, quality and safety
• Promote a positive cooperative relationship with all project stakeholders
• Support project safety initiatives
• Any other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
