- Assumption of project responsibility as BiM Manager in building construction projects as well as cross-project coordination
- Cooperation in acquisition and offer projects
- Accompaniment of process changes in the area BiM
- Participation in the further development of BIM standards with regard to necessary requirements in the fields of architecture, engineering, building technology and costing
- Close cooperation with the internal specialist planning departments as well as participation in project and planning meetings our expectations
- Completed technical education in the field of building construction / architecture (HTL, TU or FH)
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable position or in model-based 3D planning with a high affinity to IT
- Very good knowledge of planning processes in building construction and CAD standards
- Excellent IT skills: MS Office, Autodesk Revit and programming skills
- English in word and writing
- A team player with a high level of initiative, reliability and accuracy, creative and forward thinking as well as socially competent leadership
