Buidling & Civil Engineer Surveyor (15250109/001) Portsmouth, England
I am actively recruiting to a Building & Civil Engineer Surveyor on behalf of a large defence organisation based in Portsmouth. This a contract that will run initially until December 2017; paying £28 ph ltd.
The role will be responsible for providing asset replacement cost estimates; physical asset grading of buildings, utilities and infrastructure; appraisals of buildings and providing technical support to other departments.
The ideal candidate will have ONC/HNC in building/surveying discipline; with strong working knowledge of a range of bullding/infrastructure types. You will have appropriate Health & Safety qualification (ie NEBOSH or IOSH) and the ability to work to conflicting deadlines.
