Project Manager

Project Manager (J0001520) Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Terms & Conditions:

Job Location - Primarily Barakah (BNPP), may require occasional and infrequent visits to Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration - 12 months

Work Schedule - Resident; 4 days per week (Sunday-Wednesday), 38 hours per week

Accommodation - Provided Single Accommodation. All personnel are being accommodated at ADNOC and ADEWA facilities in Ruwais which is around 1 hour drive by company bus. This is not a site/camp accommodation. It is like a semi furnished studio flat.

Transportation - There is a company bus that can take the Consultant to and from site and also to Abu Dhabi downtown on weekends

Meals - Provided

Medical Coverage - Provided by MPH Assystem for self

Mob/Demob Tickets - Provided by MPH Assystem in economy class for self

Salary - Paid by MPH Assystem monthly and lump-sum (tax free)

Visa - Provided by MPH Assystem for self or if family if required

Bonus - Not provided

Living Allowance - Not provided

Salary - Paid on a monthly basis to a bank account in the UAE. MPH Assystem will assist you with the bank account opening.

Annual leave - 16 working days provided per year

Vacation Flight tickets - Can be provided

 

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Lead project team to deliver project scope and outcomes.
  • Act as team member of the Nawah Formation Program.
  • Proactively seek information from Stakeholders to assist in the development of projects.
  • Co-ordinate communications across the project team and other project.
  • Undertake and record regular project progress meetings
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders as required to support the development, understanding and delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Manage project team members, Subject Matter Experts and Vendors to enable successful delivery of agreed objectives and milestones.
  • Analyse threats and opportunities that may impact the schedule and create corrective action plans with project team members and project sponsor.
  • Undertake Risk and Issue workshops to identify and capture risks and issues with mitigations strategies and actions.
  • Plan and develop the required budget for the project from initiation to closure including all aspects under the budget management and cost management such as financial milestones and payment schedules.
  • Co-ordinate and manage resources for assigned projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree – any

 

Professional Certifications

  • PMP or other equivalent Project/Program Management qualification

 

Project or Program Management Experience

  • 4 years minimum of Project Management experience
  • 10 Years’ experience of working within the Nuclear Industry required
  • Supplier to provide detailed portfolio of relevant and / or similar Projects delivered by the individual
