Job description
Knows piping and electro-mechanical erection and/or commissioning and/or O&M
• Able to use hand tools, mechanical tools, able to replace the parts, etc.
• Able to use simple electrical, mechanical inspection/control tools to measure/record data
• Able to fill test report, check-list, maintenance forms
• Basic computer skills, MS word & Excel
• Participate to heavy maintenance activities (done by suppliers/ sub-contractors
• Able to prepare simple Method of Statement and/or operation manual for basic equipment.
Required behavior Skills:
• Autonomous,
• Rigorous on safety matters (aware of lock-out, working permit)
• Good adaptability: will address all types of electro-mechanical maintenance topics (minor and small equipment)
• Good communication skills (able to work in a multicultural environment)
Responsibilities on Project:
In charge of normal operation and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of some equipment:
• Submersible pumps (clean water)
• Surface pumps (sewage)
• Oil skimmer pumps (sewage)
• Dosing kit (chemicals)
• Gensets
• Water tanks, oil tanks, pipes, valves
• Any other basic operation and maintenance activity (replace parts, lubricate, troubleshooting)
