Shift Team Leader (TL-AW) Crewe, England
Based onsite with our prestigious automotive client in Crewe, reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our automotive team. This position is part of a new team created to fulfil the clients requirements for Pre Delivery Inspections and Compound operations.
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Weekly shift rotation, 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am (40 hours per week) on Annualised Hours ("Banking hours") Contract.
There will be requirements to work additional weekend shifts when required.
Duties:
Working under the supervision and co-ordination of the Site Manager, you will be required to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently by providing leadership, guidance, training and support to the team whilst adhering to the Client’s KPI’s.
Responsible for the smooth running of the Pre Delivery Inspection area of brand new prestigious vehicles, ensuring quality compliance and Health and Safety is observed at all times.
Responsible for the safe storage, handling and allocation of new vehicles within the compound.
Essential Requirements: It is essential that all applicants have previous team leading or supervisory experience within the automotive trade, have proven leadership skills and are able to be flexible and adaptable.
All applicants must hold a valid drivers license with less than 6 penalty points and no DR offences.
