Eden Brown Synergy specialise in Social Care recruitment across both Children's and Adult's services.

We are currently working with Gloucestershire County Council to recruit a Service Manager to support Tewkesbury and the Forest of Dean district Assessment and Safeguarding Teams.

This role will provide operational support and oversight to half of the team managers, working with the HoS to ensure a high quality service is provided. Our vision is to ensure all children within the service receive excellent support through high quality assessments and timely interventions so that they have the best opportunity to remain in their families. Applicants should be experienced in management of frontline services and have a desire to support the improvement and upskilling of the service.
