West Berkshire are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team.  

I have had an amazing role come through in the West Berkshire area for an Occupational Therapist to join the team.

You will receive and respond to contacts from people who need support and their carers.

You will use professional expertise and knowledge to identify suitable ways for people to manage those needs e.g. through the use of reablement services, equipment, adaptations, packages of care etc.

You will maximise the opportunities for vulnerable people to be in control of their lives and to live as independently as possible.

You will advise and prescribe immediate or rebalement programmes including levels of care, techniques, goals and methods to achieve maximum safe independence based on outcomes with the client.

This role is guaranteed till March 2020 and has the likelihood of an extension beyond this.
