Salary: Base + uncapped commissions

 

Account Manager

The Account Manager supports the organization's business objectives by building and maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients.  Effectively communicating with clients, the Account Manager will work with both an existing client base, as well as develop new business relationships through cold-calling and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new and existing IT client relationships
  • Effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients over the phone and in-person
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IT clients
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and internal staff to effectively solve client needs
  • Meet and exceed expected levels of activity and results
  • Qualify potential clients using established criteria
  • Record all pertinent information into the Company’s database ensuring the integrity of the database
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years professional experience in Business to Business sales or Customer Service
  • Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls
  •  Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality
  • Possess a polished and professional image
  • BA/BS
