Salary: USD10 - USD10 per hour


Due to our client’s success, we are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to join r fast-paced organization. Answer and route incoming phone calls and distribute messages appropriately. Oversee and manage human resource room calendars. Ship and receive packages. Manage general inbox inquiries daily. Upload documents to database as received via emails. Professionally greet visitors, guests, customers, interview candidates and vendors as the welcoming first impression of our company. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes: 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience. Excellent telephone etiquette and skills. Friendly, professional demeanor. Self starter with ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, calendaring and use of Internet.  Possess a strong customer service ethic and the ability to thrive in a high energy, fast growing business environment.

Data Entry – Alpha Numeric – 10,000 KPH Minimum, Microsoft Word & Excel 2007, 75 WPM
