Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant (Full time and casual)
Location: Lutterworth
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Reporting to: All F&B Supervisory Staff
Hours: 40 hrs 5 days out of 7
We have an exciting opportunity for you. Our client in Lutterworth is currently expanding their team and have a requirement for a Food and beverage assistant to work with a highly respected hotel and restaurant.
Main responsibilities:
To ensure an efficient and welcoming service to customers – ensuring that the service in the Bars, Restaurants, Private Dining and Lounge areas is prompt, Friendly and attentive to customer’s needs.
To work to the standard of performance manuals within the department
To ensure the restaurants and areas are kept clean and tidy and provide a welcoming environment to customers and guests.
To maximise the financial potential of the bars and restaurants – at every opportunity.
Other responsibilities:
To ensure all transactions are billed and all monies received.
To maintain hygiene standards in areas of responsibility
Training responsibilities:
Support other departments training as required and where appropriate
Provide opportunities for personal and team development
Emergency responsibilities:
Fire evacuation procedures, statutory obligations in line with company procedures
